Was told rotating tires would be done in an hour (that’s all that was being done). Over an hour later I checked and they hadn’t even started and who knows how long I would have waited if I hadn’t checked. At least I wasn’t charged for it.

He was polite and helpful. My car was finished on time. He wasn’t aware I had paid online when I came back to pick up the car, but it sounds like he’s not the one that usually deals with payment and was happy to give me my keys and send me on my way when he found out. Overall good experience.
