Jason was fantastic and very personable. I rarely full these things out but I received such great service from the entire team that I felt they deserve the credit. The service team was prompt, friendly, and I felt they were putting me first as the customer. I will definitely return to Hosmer Toyota based on this experience.

After driving my relative's Corolla from St. Paul, MN to Emmetsburg, IA, I parked it in the driveway. The next day a sundry of warning lights appeared. I then called Hosmer Toyota before returning to St. Paul and spoje with Thom. He said it was probably safe to drive and he would get the vehicle assessed since it was an emergency. So, I headed his way and arrived around 11:30 am. Needless to say we received great service and a report that I gave to my relative so they could get the necessary repairs performed. Thom was extremely helpful and a delight to interact with during the transaction. We are very appreciative of his willingness to help us. Kudos to Thom! Sincerely, Rod & Kate Bernat
