Didn’t fix the problem. When I left the dealership and programmed the GPS, it wouldn’t talk through the radio. Had to program it twice after shutting the engine off to get it to talk through the radio. Tried it again last night when we went to run errands. Didn’t talk through radio again.

Whoever serviced our car tracked mud and dirt all over the driver’s side. It was immaculate when we brought it in. Normally servicemen put paper down. But to leave a mess like that did not impress me. We had rubber mats down but it was removed and the mess was on our carpeted mats. Never had this happen before. I took pictures if you want to see it

I was at the dealership for 4 hours. I made an appointment to get my new tires on and a alignment. They also washed my car which took them 15 minutes which was included the 4 hour wait. I feel that you overbook at your dealership or maybe you take the other people that don't have appointments as they arrive at your dealership. The wait was way to long.I was told that it would be a 2 hour wait when I arrived.

I’m very concerned that the lights in our Toyota all went out and you don’t know why, I’m not trusting the lighting system in the car and your technicians couldn’t find the problem either!
