You are a professional shop and I ordinarily have a great deal of confidence in your work. I was greatly disappointed today when the service greeter Adam misread either my odometer reading or your computer records. He asked if I had an oil change elsewhere. I said no. He said it had been way too many miles since my last oil change and I was in danger of voiding the engine portion of my service contract. I told him my oil change wasn't that long ago. Then he looked again and said I wasn't even due for an oil change. Only a tire rotation. He apologized for the mistake. Okay, we all make them. But I am a conscientious person by nature. If my service reminder or engine light comes on, I hightail it for assistance. The last time I visited your shop, they set me up for a 90000 mile tuneup. I was told then that I had, you guessed it, waited too long before oil changes. When I got home with your loaner car, I checked my records and called to tell you that was crazy. There was no way my car had that many miles on it. I realize people make mistakes but I think it was wrong for me to charged the charges owed on my last two visits. I think my next oil change should be on Jeremiah.

They explained in detail what they were doing, it eased my mind. I was late, I did call ahead and the staff was really nice. They said it would be 2 hours they were done early. Thank you
