Everything was great and timely. I did notice one thing though which looks like a scratch on the back hatchback. Not sure if from the power washer or not but curious if anything happened during oil change.

After the second trip back to take care of excess oil on the under carriage there is still a significant burning oil smell and my SUV is smoking when I park it.

Showed up at 4:30 PM and was still able to get both tire rotation and oil change done this afternoon. And had cookies, popcorn and coffee while I waited!!

Chad wins! He is the absolute best service member I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. He is super friendly, very helpful, and most importantly honest. I trust him to give me the best service and always be straight with me... I would never go to anyone else. This is my third time being helped by Chad, and that's mainly because I would put off service indefinitely if I couldn't be assured to work with him directly. Could not be happier with his service!
