Michael was great - no issues there.
My issue was that I had sent an appointment online in advance to bring the Flex in for service at 7 am on a Saturday, but was told when I arrived that it would be a few days before anyone would have the ability to get to it. It would have been ideal to have been provided this info in advance to save me the trip the first time.

Was a little disappointed the "multi-point inspection" wasn't completed by the time I arrived to pick up my car. I had initially brought it in to address a recall regarding the seat belt mechanism failure.
But Larry was friendly and professional.

I took my car in on Monday morning to fix my navigation, get an oil change and see if they could fix my steering wheel that had a tear in the leather. Tuesday morning I picked up my car had the oil change completed, found out that ford would replace the steering wheel and my navigation still not working when i was told everything was great. I was told I would get a phone call later that day to see what was wrong with the navigation and I never received a call until I called at 5:30pm. I'm not a happy camper and did not get the answers I needed and wasted 2 days of my time and money. I'm very upset with the service and car in general. I've had the car almost a year to date and have had more problems than I anticipated with the 2017 Ford Explorer.

I thought the oil change was taking a bit long, but then it turned out that my car was also getting washed, so that was a nice surprise.
Larry was awesome! He communicated via text about my car and kept me up to date the whole day. He was extremely helpful as he told me the service dept closed at 4 and would wait for me til 4. Even after 4 he still made sure my car was being brought to the front and I was satisfied. I will definitely be requesting him next time.
