Very happy to have the service writer not try to tell me that my car needs unnecessary service. I went to Upland Ford and a female service writer told me it was "necessary and recommended" to perform a transmission flush on my car that had only 20,000 miles on the odometer.

Was told an item was in stock
Then told after nearly 3 hours later that they are sorry
that it was computer error and the item was needed to be
brought to the location from some place else . Over all the staff
was pleasantly cheerful and kind . Best of luck with your service
Computer it may be time to up grade to a new system ,or at least
up date the software .

This is the se one time I’ve tried to get a safety recall corrected on my 2014 Transit Connect wagon, and once again I was told the parts were not available. The problem is, I went out of my way to bring in the vehicle, left it at Service for 5 hours to then find out that the vehicle would not be fixed.
This is a problem that the Service department needs to correct.
George was great. I appreciated his emphasis on thorough diagnostics of my vehicles condition, and he is exclamation of what work needed to be done, plus the recommendations of additional work needed in order to run to my vehicle in as optimal condition as possible. Thank you, George
