Very happy to have the service writer not try to tell me that my car needs unnecessary service. I went to Upland Ford and a female service writer told me it was "necessary and recommended" to perform a transmission flush on my car that had only 20,000 miles on the odometer.

Was told an item was in stock Then told after nearly 3 hours later that they are sorry that it was computer error and the item was needed to be brought to the location from some place else . Over all the staff was pleasantly cheerful and kind . Best of luck with your service Computer it may be time to up grade to a new system ,or at least up date the software .

This is the se one time I’ve tried to get a safety recall corrected on my 2014 Transit Connect wagon, and once again I was told the parts were not available. The problem is, I went out of my way to bring in the vehicle, left it at Service for 5 hours to then find out that the vehicle would not be fixed. This is a problem that the Service department needs to correct.
