It took an hour and 15 minutes to change my battery, under warranty, and I had to inquire about my car before discovering that it had been ready. Not sure how long it sat there and I sat in the waiting room waiting. George is great, funny and helpful. I am coming back on Sat to have my front tires replaced, also under warranty. ????
Eric was by far the nicest, most professional and helpful service manager I’ve worked with at Colley Ford. Not that anyone has ever been rude to me; but Eric went that extra step that made me feel very comfortable & informed about my service & subsequent dealing with Enterprise regarding a rental car. He called me daily before I could even call him. He assisted me every step of the way which I appreciated tremendously. I will ask for Eric next time I bring my car in. Excellent service!!
