Honestly, your service is great, BUT I picked up my vehicle tonight and found that my windshield was cracked in 2 places at the very bottom. It was not in that co diction when I dropped off my car this morning at 8am.
I called and left a message since no one in service was available.
Really like Eric.

Listened to every word I said with no attitude.
Came and found me in the lounge....no call over a loud speaker.
Had my car out and ready to depart as soon as I paid the bill.

Car is STILL having transmission issues. STILL getting “ Transmission Malfunctions Service now” and it will not go in reverse. This is the worst car I have ever owned. I will be trading this junk and getting a different brand vehicle. You guys cannot resolve this transmission issue.
I want ok with from half day car needed to not done till friday. I also asked car yo be washed and it wasn't. I got there later on friday to pick up but it should have been all done
