George is the absolute best.
Everything was fine & rcvd car much earlier than expected.
Your service dept has had a makeover. Much improved! Was so soured on my prior treatment I was going to Ed Butts... and I just live down the street from Colley. Now to get my windshield calibrated.

George was great, but I don’t understand the point of making an appointment and bringing it at the appointment time if an oil change is going to take SIX HOURS. And if it is going to take that long you should give a warning so I can plan my day accordingly. Not smart customer service in my opinion.
Sierra was professional, friendly and very helpful. She not only kept me informed on a daily basis she went out of her way to address any concerns I might have. My thanks are to her for her attention to detail.
