I originally brought my car in a week ago for its 25k service. At the time, it was diagnosed with an oil leak from the a/c. I was told that it would be 2-3 days to repair the problem. Because I needed my vehicle last weekend, I rescheduled to drop it off first thing on Monday morning. When I called on Wednesday, I was told that they had diagnosed the oil leak for. The a/c compressor and had to have the part delivered and that it would hopefully be done by Thursday. When I was originally told about the issue, I assumed the diagnosis was complete.Wven if it wasn’t, it should have been completed by Monday, the necessary part(s) ordered and received by Tuesday and the repair completed latest by Wednesday. We are not talking about an engine rebuild or major body work that should have required that much time. When I make an appoint hymen’s, I expect to receive priority attention. To add to the issue, when i contacted Mark on Thursday regarding status, apparently there was an issue with certain shop equipment which was going to delay the repair even further. Mark did arrange with Enterprise for a loaner after I insisted that I needed a car for a client meeting on Friday. I finally received notification that my car was ready early Friday afternoon. 4 1/2 day to make a warranty repair that I scheduled an appointment for is completely unacceptable.
My sincerest thanks to Sierra for being able to accommodate my service at the last minute without having made an appointment. Thank you Sierra! Greatly appreciated!

It took him 3 days to tell me his shop did not know how to install something.. had my truck for 3 days and gave it to me back the same way I left it
After having an amicable conversation with her I was told to leave and never come back. I've never been treated so unprofessionally and rudely in my life as I was by Lee and CJ.
