Michael was great unfortunately he had to contact the warranty co multiple times to send the payment so I could pick up my car but he did so and kept me updated. Thank you Michael! Appreciated all you did. We are and always have been a Ford family.
Service was great but the cost of the repair was steep.

Although a problem was diagnosed with the A.C. compresser, a noise we were concerned about went away. Not sure what was done to remove that noise, but thank you!
I’m having issues with my air conditioning. There are things happening that should not be happening but they are telling me it’s normal. When I first bought my explorer my AC was fine. Now every time I accelerate my AC turns all the way down as if I have a phone call coming in. Also some other weird things I have discovered is while in a phone call I can control the air conditioning threw my shifter. It never did this before and I would like for Ford to address it. The service manager Lee **** and Michel both say this is normal because other explorers in service are doing the same thing.. no it just means there is something wrong on a bigger level that they don’t want to address. How can they say this is normal. I am completely unsatisfied with the Colley Ford service department. On two separate occasions I have brought my explorer in and they had my car for over a month. Just really a bad expriance all around. Very sad
Usually they wash my truck. This time it wasn’t washed
I called Michael, at the last minute, and requested for a courtesy wash of my vehicle. He did not hesitate on getting it done. Have had nothing but 5 stars for Colley’s service thus far. Thanks
