It was my first service visit to Colley Ford after a long relationship with another Ford?/Lincoln dealer. I found Mr Keith to be very knowledgeable about my issues and was most helpful.They fixed 3 issues with my truck much sooner than I expected. It was a good experience and I will be using Colley Ford service in the future.

The service George gave was excellent. The reason I stated I wasn't completely satisfied with the Colley Ford service is because I was under the assumption that when you get an oil change, or service, you get a complimentary car wash. I believe I have in the past, but I may be wrong . I've had other Fords & where I took them regularly in my area they always gave a complimentary car wash after any service. Guess I was just wrong about Colley, otherwise everything else was great.
