I drive to Irvine 5 days a week and I bring my Ford Focus every 6 weeks for The "Works". My contact for service is Kimberly and she is always very helpfuk and knowledgeable. She is professional and friendly and attuned to my concerns and needs. Gary in service will always contact me to explain the work done on my car in a way I understand . I have a Ford Edge also that I bring in for service . I gave that car to my son who goes to school out of the area. The shuttle van driver is always kind and friendly! I appreciate that Jay in the Service Dept. explained the details of what was included in the Works Oil and filter change, as well as all items in the Multi Point Inspection. He explained in detail the smaller items that were of concern. The price was exactly what he had first told me it would be. The person who serviced the truck completed the work efficiently and in a timely manner. Everyone was frienday and a driver asked me several times if I would like a shuttle ride home instead of waiting. As far as I can see, the Excursion seems to be performing well after the service. I was happy and would take the truck back to Colley Ford for service again, if the quote for service was reasonable! Thank you!

I use Colley Ford service dept primarily because I like and trust Larry.
Larry was awesome. Kept me updated on what was going on during the four days my vehicle was there. Other staff members were proactive, friendly as well. Solid group and service!
