Had my car too long for what needed to be done. This was after making an appointment 2 weeks in advance for work that was supposed to be done on our last service appointment. Still not finished with our car and now have to make another appointment.

My service rep Larry was awesome very helpful and great on following up with me on my vehicle. However, whoever the service tech that worked on my vehicle was, left an oily mess in the engine compartment of my car with drips of oil on my front grill as well as left my washer fluid empty which the service I purchased was an oil change "the works". Which makes me wonder did they top off any of the fluids that the service intails. You might want to check into that. I'll give you a 5 out of 10 and the 5 was because of Larry. I'll give you another shot because of him. I hope my next experience will be better.
