Maybe it was a very busy day, but I called at 3:00 pm to see if my car was ready. Hector said it was ready. When I got there at 3:35, my paperwork wasn't ready. Hector was nowhere to be found. I waited outside and then inside for 20 minutes. Throughout that time, hector was paged at least 5 times. The cashier asked another service rep to do my paperwork and I was charged an extra 130 for the estimate brake work that was never done. Then, I asked the cashier to wait for Hector and have him fix the problem. Five minutes later, Hector came to apologize. There was no charge. Then, the cashier pages for my car, and I waited another 20 minutes. It took about about an hour for me since I got to the dealership. I was quite disappointed by the wait since the pick up should only have taken five minutes since the car was ready. I'm considering going to another Fiat Dealership to service my car.

The service team didn't even put the vanity cover back over the battery and left it in the back seat. They also didn't call me when the car was ready to be picked up. I had to call and inquire. They also offered no explanation for the 12-volt going dead until I asked. There were dirty finger prints all over the trunk when I picked it up. Pretty dissatisfied overall.

On 1/30/2017 morning around 10AM, I talked with a lady on phone from service department, she was helpless and drove people crazy, I felt like I was the people at service instead of her.

Hilbert kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. Getting a loaner was easy and hassle free. I turned he loaner in with no issues and got my car. I will say that when I came in, I did not have an appointment. I stood in the service area for about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. I'm not quite sure why I wasn't given a simple greeting. That's my only complaint. Vince

Jorge and Suhe are awesome. Professional courteous efficient and speedy. I've owned many cars & had many issues with cars yet Fiat of LA is the best starting with Linda Mintz as my sales rep, the finance dept, manager, and all the caring & courteous people who maintain my vehicle in excellent working order. Worst customer service ever. My car was completed quickly however to retrieve my car took over an hour. The rep kept calling them to bring it down and nothing. It wasn't until I became upset and requested to speak to a manager did they bring my car down. Also thier has been a recall on my car for months and every time I bring it in they dont have the parts. The manager called me once 5month ago to tell he will let me know the minute the part arrIve still no call yet. This is place ****. I would never buy another car from them simply because of the mechanic repair service.

I was not satisfied with the service received from my service advisor. He did not inform me that my car was required to stay over night to be repaired. He was non communicative thru all repairs. I had to contact him for updates. All information received concerning my repairs were from the asst manager and manager. Perhaps with additional training the service advisor would understand the importance of communiating with customers as well as time management.
