Unexpectedly the battery and cable failed on my vehicle Luckily I was in my driveway but it was Saturday afternoon and I was without a vehicle I called EastWest Lincoln at 7:30am on Monday. At approximately 8am I spoke to a Service Rep who told me to call Roadside Assistance. The tow company showed up approximately 11am.The Service Rep nformed me the next day it was the battery and cable and my vehicle should be ready that evening. He then informed me they had to order the parts and couldn't give me a ETA.I asked for a loaner vehicle he said he didn't have any but would put me on the list. By Thursday my boyfriend angrily called to complain about the service I was receiving...I am not sure if that prompted it but my vehicle was ready by the afternoon. However it could not be delivered so I had to beg and pay someone to help me pick up my vehicle. The completed work was excellent...it was the customer service and lack of the loaner vehicle for the unsatisfactory response.

Mr. Turner has a people person attitude, which is very good for customers. His assurance that Lincoln service department will take care of your vehicle to the best of there abilitie which is a good feeling to the customer(Me). Keep up the good work.

I brought my Navigator in for a black label wash. Everyone did horrible. My car was worse coming out than going in. They came out and started spraying my car with glass cleaner as a way to clean it . Just disgusted .
