I have never had a problem with the service that I have had at East West Lincoln Mercury. The service department staff have been trained very well for working on all the vehicles that come in for service.

I’d rank the experience of picking up my vehicle (providing a loaner), servicing it and returning it as exceptional. However, I was quite frustrated with scheduling service. It took three attempts, providing my updated address and phone number before my appointment was confirmed. I was the one that kept calling service asking why my vehicle wasn’t picked up and why I hadn’t received a confirmation text. Shockingly, I still had to call while vehicle was being serviced to see when it would be returned and they still had the wrong telephone number. I’m hopeful that everything is finally updated in the system and future appointments will go smoothly.
