As always, Mr. Turner provided excellent service and customer care. He provided an immediate remedy in securing the transportation necessary for me to carry on with my day since the option of waiting on my vehicle was no longer a viable option. Professionalism above and beyond the call of duty. Consistently gracious and courteous in his interactions with clients.

You need a reservation system. I keep driving out for service, then arriving to be told you are too busy to work on the car. I don’t want to drive 25 minutes to arrive at a place where I am then discouraged to wait two hours for service. Especially in a health pandemic!

One of the main reasons I come to east west Lincolin is because of the excellent service I get from Mike Turner.
