In all the years I have been with East West Lincoln my experiences have been phenomenal, always great service from my salesman Mr. Caldwell to the service department , Mr Turner, DJ and the Owners. Mike remembered when I talked to him about the bluetooth issue back in July and had someone call me immediately to set up an appointment for service. I haven’t driven the car yet to test it but I did test the bluetooth while the car was parked with Noah, the driver who delivered the car and it worked. I hope this issue is completely resolved at this point. Even if it isn’t, I know I’m dealing with best customer service folks. Thank you!
