I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done on my truck. My truck is running better than it previously was. I didn’t know the truck had a problem. When the truck was returned it had more pick up and the ride is very smooth.

When I went for the recall I had to go back because the wheel was still unbalanced and they did the oil change after I had gone back and sign oil change sign wouldn’t go away until I had to go back again.

I was completely satisfied with my experience with Mr. Turner who has diligently assisted me with my vehicles on numerous occasions. He has superb customer service skills, which have been second to none. He's definitely a keeper!
Was quoted $500 for diagnostics. Felt that was high, but understand electrical issues can be complicated. I was told they would absolutely would find the issue for $500, I was assured of this. With that I agreed to have the work done. The next day I was called and told they’d stopped looking, weren’t able to find the issue and were charging me $270 for the diagnostics that were done so far. I was then told if I want to keep looking it would me $1300 for diagnostics, and there would be no guarantee it would be found. I’m sorry that’s 160% the original quote. I asked to speak with a salesmen for a quote for as is and for the same vehicle with the issue resolved. The salesman called to ask if I owned the title which I do, and never called back. This was on Friday. I heard nothing back and called the dealership on Monday around 1pm. I asked to speak with a manager and explained my frustrations. He made no offer to help. At that point I asked for my vehicle back along with the technicians notes, because I wanted to take it somewhere else. The manager said he would have that arranged and have my car delivered back to me. On par with the empty guarantees I received thus far, that did not happen. James called me a few hours after that to ask what I had decided to do with my car, leaving a voicemail. I called the dealership back and spoke with Star and again explained my troubles. No solution was offered so I said forget it, I’ll drive to you to pick my car up. I am severely disappointed in the service I received, or rather did not receive.
The left door was not touched. Driver side door scratches.
