The service was despicable. The amount of time I’ve wasted with the services here is abominable. I had to take my car back just a few weeks after I initially had it fixed for the same problem. Despite taking over 2 weeks to fix what was supposed to be fixed the first time, there was so much misguidance and miscommunication that should have been avoided. I kept getting calls that my car was ready and when I would get to the location I was told it wasn’t ready. After the car was finally “ready” I was driving it home when I noticed the power plus were just laying out—the issue I took my car in for!! Unbelievable. I had to take the car back and waste more time and money. This location and the services provided here and despicable and horrid! I wish I never have to deal with this again or anyone else should deal with this.

Again as always Mike Turner did another outstanding job with my Lincoln Zephyr 2006. The problem that i had with my car is they it wouldn’t start with out a jump. East West found the problem and replace my battery. Now i am satisfied that i don’t have to worry about my car not starting up. Thank to Mike and the mechanic at East West Lincoln
