I have been to this location many times..closest Lincoln dealership to my address. All of my other appointments I called. This time I registered for an appointment on line. I arrived at my appointment time. I had an appointment to get 4 new tires. I sat outside after 9:30 my car finally was moved. It was cold. I sat outside in the garage. I thought 4 new tires how long? I was wrong. At 12:30 I asked what was going on. I was told the technicians were at lunch until 1 and I needed more work done on my car. I freaked out.
