Mr. Turner is very helpful. He listens to your issues and responds promptly. One problem was inadvertently overlooked. The windshield wiper on the driver’s side was not functioning. I asked that this issue be addressed. It was not. I am a senior and I am unable to make a prompt return to address this issue. I hope that this issue will remain in your system for a later date.

The vehicle has not been serviced yet they haven’t even called me in to fix the airbag so why they sent you a bill that the vehicle has been service so I need a survey for feedback I was told the parts is not available yet once they become available they will notify me they haven’t been notified me since and I think they are terrible dealership

East West had my car for 3 weeks and was not able to determine the root of the problem. Had I not reached out to the Service Manager, the "experimenting" would have continued. Over the weeks, I didn't received regular follow-up from the Service Center. I had to call for updates. I'm not impressed with the technical/mechanical capabilities or the customer service. My brake issue is still not fixed. Very disappointed.

Mike Turner is the great he have been tech advisor sine 2006 when i first brought my Lincoln zephyr. He is the one that keeps my car running all these many years. He is very knowledgeable about my car and my care needs. What ever he tells me what my car needs i tell him to go ahead and have it done. Mike Turner professionalism and knowledge is still the same today as it was in 2006. Mike Turner he is with words a great tech advisor
