They came to me with recommendations and I told them it was covered under my warranty and the service person and service manager told me those things were not. They could not rotate my tires because they said I needed new lugs because my others had swelled and they could not take them off. They did not wash my vehicle which had dirty oil hand stains on my vehicle.
