Much value could be added to the service visit if the interior could be vacuumed along with the exterior wash. Luke and the entire service team are extremely courteous and make me feel special every time I bring my vehicle in for service. Proud to own a Lincoln; won't have any other.

Mike was an excellent service manager! However it took a long time to pay and receive the truck while it appeared service staff was on the floor, idle. This experience could be improved.

Your service manager Micheal Turner is an asset to your service department, company and is one of the reasons I continue to be an East west Lincoln customer. He provides me with impeccable service and makes sure all my needs are met. He also keeps me updated on needed services and give suggestions on how to keep my vehicle running well. The rest of the service team takes good care of me as well. They are an A Team.

Mike has a pleasant attitude every time I've had to call and speak to him. He's always taken the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle. He's the same with other customers I've seen that while waiting, he has great customer service skills.
