I have used EW Lincoln for my car service for more than four years, and Mr. Owens bas been the contact for my 1997 Grand Marquis. I have been very pleased with his timely updates about the repairs, even though it is over twenty years old. I am afraid to buy a new one because it runs so well. Thank you.

The service was excellent. I was confident that the tech new what the problems were and that they would be prepared. My frustration was with the fact that it took well over an hour almost two hours to get my vehicle after the repairs were made.the air blower was replaced and secondly batteries were replaced in the key fob. They showed me the repaired vehicle around 1:35pm. I left the service center at 3:30pm. Whatever the process is for paperwork, that is way too long and inefficient. I take my vehicle to othe Lincoln service centers and I have never waited that long to get my vehicle after I spoke with the mechanic and service manager. A customer shouldn’t have to wait two hours for paperwork to be processed. That is excessive. I am pleased with the time it took to get me in and actually service the vehicle. Everyone was professional and polite great service up to the point of closing me out. I hope this helps

I was completely satisfied with the service I received, my personal service writer Mr Luke always meet my needs. I call Mr Luke tell him what I need, and he comes through every time. My new Dealership of choice is East West Lincoln, Because of the awesome attention to detail I receive from the service department Starting with Mr. Luke.
