Middle row seatbelt was not reattached to wall after service was performed. When I brought it back, Mike was adamant that it was not a mistake, insinuating that it was something I had done. If I had the tool to detach the piece, I would have reattached it myself. As a result, I was made to wait a half hour for a shuttle to the Metro because “it needed gas.” The car used had 1/4 tank of gas when it finally arrived to take me to the Metro.
