Great service. I feel that a Lincoln mkc should not have had to be serviced at all with less than 25,000 miles for a two year old car. I don’t know what is on the horizon for the next two years more problems or what.and that’s scary.

As always, always, Mr Turner’s service was knowledgeable and professional. He’s respectful and courteous. I’ve been dealing with him for several years and have never had a problem. His service is the only reason I continue to come back to East West Lincoln. Others in the waiting room have express the same.

Got there first in line establishment opened on time was greeted informed the service would take a couple of hours...received an e/mail my vehicle was ready as stated a couple hours later...no charge and my car was washed...what more could I ask for????????????
