My wife and I chose East West Lincoln as our dealership of choice. We could have went anywhere else, but we choose you guys. When there was limited inventory, and we were looking for a 2023 vehicle and there were none we were convinced by one of your salesmen to purchase the 2020 Black Label you had on the lot. This was a 2020 Nautilus that had not been driven. We liked the vehicle. We were offered a good deal we thought, 4yr or 40k warranty, but every time I bring my truck in for service, one of the services Black Label affords and that I pay extra for is a rental/loaner. It is never one available. This is not good business. I expect what I pay for to be honored. We could have went anywhere to purchase a vehicle, but we chose you guys. We are now faced with having to ride around with a noisy truck. After only one year of ownership, we have a muffler problem. No explanation as to how or why 1 year owned truck has a muffler/exhaust problem regardless of the year. This is a good faith purchase. Me and wife are not happy because we have to go out of town this weekend with a noisy sounding vehicle. Very Frustrated!

We had a very big concern, another dealership told us we had all these problems with our vehicle, and someone was very unusual because when we took it in there we only have one issue, so the only dealership in the metropolitan DC Maryland area that we trust, is your dealership and we appreciate y'all taking time, to look at our steering column and check out 100%, because academy Ford in Laurel, sorry I didn't mean to mention that, have been coming up with all kinds of issues with people cars for the last year, and we have very big concerns concerning our vehicle with the safety issue, my wife drives this vehicle all the time, and I'm 100% sure that your dealership is the only one I trust in fixing any Lincoln or Ford that I have, Dr Joseph Cooper
Good service and excellent customer service.
Mr. Owen's provided excellent customer service. He is always respectful of the customers time. He is so kind spoken, but always tells you what needs to be done, even if it's not good news. I truly respect his approach to satisfy the customer.
