I had a bag of candy rolled up and tightly stashed in the door. When I got my car back, the bag was unrolled, upright and open. Even if someone had brushed against it, that wouldn’t have caused the bag to change position like that. I asked the staff about it and they denied having done anything to the bag. I ended up throwing away the candy which is not that big of a deal when I can buy more but the situation made me very uncomfortable that things in my car would be moved around when all I wanted was an oil change. I won’t be returning to this Subaru location and will not recommend it to others.

The battery in my 2018 Subaru died. I asked the technician who was unable to give any explanation as to why it died. Months ago, I was sent an alert that there is an issue with the tailgate so I asked that to be checked at the same time because I thought perhaps the tailgate didn’t close and that caused the battery to die however the technician indicated that likely the tailgate was malfunctioning because the battery? I would like to know why the battery died so that I can prievent a reoccurrence. The service was fine otherwise the battery was replaced and hopefully it won’t happen again!

As soon as I left the dealership, my airbag light came on again. So even if the recalled airbag part was replaced, I still have an airbag problem.
