Thanks for everything. Only suggestion is to read up on the recall letter that is delivered to Subaru owners, because after I was told at the dealership that the update could be anywhere from 1hr to 2.5hrs, I can home to my letter that stated the update takes no longer than 40 minutes.

I was given a quote for services that was ridiculously overpriced, as confirmed by multiple other garages, and had to pay $150 just for the quote. No one cared, no one attempted to make it better. It’s an absolute scam.
