"Extraordinary" is a big word. Am I satisfied? Sure, the job was done. I decided to wait at the dealership for my car to be ready in 1 and a half to 2 hours. That's completely on me, I didn't really have to be there for the 2 and a half hours that it took to have my oil changed. What I didn't appreciate was the my wheel locks were left on my dashboard when they used to be in my glove compartment. My $300 GPS device which was also in my glove compartment was now on the floor of my car. As a courtesy to whoever had to work on my car, I took the time to throw the masks which were around my gear shifter to my back seat, thinking people who have to work on cars probably hate having to move around other people's germs. A courtesy could have been extended to have left things the way they were found in my car. On a side note, when I had my Mazda, my free oil changes also came with a free car wash. Talk about extraordinary.

The tech just blamed us from a curb rash on my wheel for some noises that the car is making while turning. I made that appointment in regards to that like 3-2 weeks ago they couldn’t make an appointment till a week after but I did that but couldn’t make it for my appointment so I thought just bring in together with my maintenance is due.
