Everything was great except there were too many people in the waiting room. Since there was no place safe to sit, I had to sit outside. I first sat on a chair in the shade. I was too cold. I moved to a chair in the sun. It got a little too hot there. Luckily it was only about 90 minutes to wait. I appreciate the great service you provide. I will be back for my oil change.

The waiting room was clean and comfortable. My wait was 3 hours but it was major service. Another customer in the room took off her mask once she sat down to wait. I asked to put on her mask and she ignored me. So I complained to Rafael and went to be seated in the showroom. Rafael called management and the women was told to wear her mask at all times inside. My car, meanwhile, has new zip! Expensive but trustworthy service.

Steven was great. Got in & out faster than expected. Got some work done. A coffee vending machine coin /$ operated would be ideal. Wanted a cup of coffee while doing work. But otherwise all good.
