Rafael Ibarra provided exceptional service - very professional and addressed all my questions and resolved all my concerns. I arrived early at 6:50am and instead of making wait, he promptly called me to his desk for registration. As soon as my vehicle was ready, he called me immediately. In addition, the retractable cargo cover was never installed correctly, he made sure it was correct and properly installed and functioning. This was the second time, he provided me with service and both time I was very-very satisfied.
