Victor was nothing short of what great customer service is. My appointment wasn’t even with him to begin with and he took the time to help me out. That was the first win on. Second win, was him putting attention to detail and braking down the car inspection, how many courtesy maintenance service I have left and last but definitely not least, he definitely hit this one out of the park. He offered a free car wash for the local shell!!! I’m sure he more than loves his job because his customer service is not to be compared. Thanks again Victor.
