2 hours waiting at dealership for an oil change/ tire rotation, when I asked about status of job found out it had not been done. Got my car and left...Will never be back. Horrible customer service. Will take my business elsewhere.

My 336Kmile maintenance gave me the 490 squad. I don’t want to say that we did not change the oil. The service is 90 The service is really like home. I immediately turned and left to go to the shop in Gedale. This should be your company’s behavior and I will report it to the media

Car leaks oil for several years - repeatedly brought back for repair - Subaru can’t resolve. After extended warranty expires, change diagnosis to something else and charge customer several thousands of dollars (way over estimate) to complete repair.
