I went into the Subaru service department very frustrated with my car and the three previous attempts I’ve made to get my problem fixed. The service I received today was excellent and turned the situation around completely.
Jaime Vega did a great job. I dropped my car off the night before and he helped me check my car in. He explained the entire process and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car over night. In the morning, he reached out to me to let me know my car was ready, but my voicemail was full. He patiently called me throughout the day until we were able to get in touch with each other. When I got back to pick my car up, he was very welcoming and he explained everything that had been done. I would like to only work with him from here on.
