all went very well. Michael did a great job explaining things to me. And the work on my car was completed in shorter time than expected which was quite helpful for my schedule. I appreciated the automated text updates I received, although I prefer the Real life human interaction of a service consultant letting me know how things are going with the servicing of my car. Thank you for doing a great job.

However, why did I need to return Monday after spending the previous Tuesday having the 30,000 mile service done? Because after driving on Saturday in the rain my windshield wipers stopped working!! Apparently the wiper fluid hose was "in the wrong place" and wrapped around the wiper motor. No one went under the hood between Tuesday and Saturday other than to do the service at the dealership. Everything is now fixed but I am not believing that a rodent might have done this in the last few days, as was suggested by your dealership. Please just admit that your service people might have been careless with the hose.
