All people were courteous. After asking I was able to be loaned a Subaru (Crosstrak), instead of being taken to Enterprise! Thank you!
Michael was great! The guy who drove my car out not so much. He parked it and it was filthy I ask why it wasn't washed, he said sorry and walked away! There has been some summer rain and I guess it was not in a covered area which left it filthy. Kind of s bummer.

Car was delivered dirty especially inside where airbag was changed. When I complained, it was cleaned. It took Sierra one full week to replace Tamara airbags. Though Subaru made sure I had a,rental, this seems an excessive amount of time.
Micheal was a gem! He was so patient and kind and professional. Truly a great employee.
Suburb service....couldn't ask for anything more - unlike the pathetic services at Subaru of Ontario. Everything about the Monrovia experience was perfect.

provided excellent service. My car looks great after the
protective coating inside and out of my car was applied.
I especially appreciated a loaner car during the six hours required
the sealant required to dry.
As a brand new owner as of April 22nd, 2017, I look
