Despite a mixup with ordered parts (problem seemed to on the supply end), they handled it, communicated well, and made sure I was taken care of. Even took the time to make sure I could safely transport the stock exhaust back home. Super happy with my new STI exhaust and shifter.

With an appointment it was Fast service, in and out in one hour. I do wish yiu it’s would offer a car wash with the service.
Great communication, fast, and friendly
Christina (Chris) kept in touch with me daily for the 3 days my car was at the dealership. She verbally communicated my wishes to the mechanics in person and didn’t depend on them to read the work invoice.
She was able to deliver the car much earlier than expected which is probably due to her visiting the mechanics a few times a day so she could give me current updates.
I also want to give a shout out and thanks to Candis, the service manager. When Chris was away or not available she told me to call her directly and she would personally handle any questions or issues that I had or that concerned me.
Can’t get better than that and it is more than I would ever expect from a busy Service Department.
He made sure that my vehicle was done in a timely manner and kept me informed when there were any delays.
Jaime was of great help, and always doing whatever he can to attend the needs of my car. The car was worked on and done in a timely fashion. I was explained what was needed and what was done. I really appreciate Jaime’s customer service as well. It was overall a great visit. Thank you so much!
