Service took far longer than expectated -- a situation that could have been easily avoided by simply telling me how long it would take in advance. I believe this is a problem that should be addressed, especially since there is a logical and simple solution. I will be happy to relay my experience.

Jhordan was helpful and friendly and even when I brought up an additional issue that needed to be checked on just Outback. The cat had been in Bay for about an hour, was nearing completion, and I threw a monkey wrench at Jhordan and his team. Not only did he catch it he did so without hesitation or blonking, relayed the info to the technician and everything got done ship shape. Great job Jhordan. Great job Sierra Subaru.
