I don’t understand why an effort was made to sell me a 30,000 mile service item during a 48,000 mile maintenance. 3 hours to perform basically an oil change and tire rotation I believe is excessive. I received a text that my car was ready and offered an express checkout which I used only to find out that my car was not ready. This was the poorest service experience I can remember having at any dealership.

We brought the car in for a routine oil change and regular service and we were early for our appt. The service was fine but the wait time was not acceptable taking several hours when you advertise one hour service. If we didn’t have a Subaru service contract we would have gone to Jiffy Lube!

Jaime has great customer service, he was very helpful and didn’t mind repeating what was included for my vehicles maintenance. So friendly, he even offered my sisters Mercedes Benz to get a car wash! Great guy!

I’ve owned several Subaru’s in the past and was always happy with them. Though, very recently I bought a newer/low mileage Outback and was very disheartened by some of the mechanical issues it was already experiencing. Jaime provided excellent customer service when I reached to Sierra Subaru service department. He reassured me that my car could be fixed. His professionalism and accommodating service, reinforced my faith in my car’s purchase and the Subaru brand as well as Sierra Subaru. Thank you!

I’ve never in all my years of owning a car had such terrible overall service at a dealership! The communication between the employees is practically non-existent. If I had known that the courtesy shuttle wasn’t readily available I would have opted for waiting for my car to be done as was initially established. Instead I thought it would be better to just get a ride to and from the dealership to not have to rush anyone. I waited over an hour to get a ride only after I came back and complained that I had already waited for 40 min at the shuttle station. And once I got dropped off I was told I could schedule to be picked up and be brought back to the dealership. It took multiple phone calls to get anyone in the service department to answer the phone and once they did, I was confirmed for a 5:30PM pick up. No one ever showed up, leaving me scrambling for a ride to get my car back in time before closing.

Eric was great! However I was extremely disappointing knowing that I had a 2005 immaculate condition Subaru outback with only 67,000 miles . Unfortunately the car had a small leak on the valve cover gasket and the dealer wouldn’t cover it . I understand of the cars is an older model, but what feeds the purpose of taking car of a car? I know not to go next year and purchase a new Subaru knowing that if I take care of it it won’t be covered because of its age . It’s unfortunate that I didn’t even reach 80,000 miles and the car started leaking oil. Anyway I’m very disappointed and saddened about the whole situation . Have a nice day my thoughts .
