There was a lack of communication between your service department in terms of status of the repair. Additionally, the second problem with the battery cable harness and alternator could have been avoided if the service team took the time to check the repair and followed proper repair procedures.

At the time the work order was written by Jaime, I was very specific to have the spare tire “checked and inflated”. The spare should be 50-60 psi. I checked this afternoon and the spare was 29 psi-way too low. Not convinced spare was checked as requested. SMALL detail, BIG disappointment.
Also, please remind mechanic not to leave oil/grease smudges on the vehicle. Didn’t have this issue when Mike used to care for my vehicle.
