Thank you to Jaime and the rest of the service team. They have provided me with excellent service since my first car from Sierra Mazda in 2010. They are the reason I keep coming back and now drive a Subaru from Sierra Subaru.
I did not have a service with Ms Cofield! I think you have the wrong person and vehicle. I have not had the 2017 Subaru Outback I purchased at Sierra Subaru serviced at the dealership!
Had oil change then a few days later light came on for window wash fluid that tells me you don't check all fluids like your supposed to who knows if you even changed the oil. Not very satisfied
Scheduled an initial service appointment at 9:00. Oil change, tire rotation, fluids/safety check. It took 2 hours! Certainly not “Express Service”.
