The service rep that took my info , I forget his name was very incompetent !! He told me it would take 1-1.5 hours ? It took 2.5 hours for a 20 minute service ?? I would have been their longer unless it was me who asked why my car has not been moved front eh same spot ?!!! There were two girls there driving the cars to the waiting area -it was one of them that took action to get my car seen !’ She was a sweetheart !! On September 3, I had met with Candis Dellaripa and detailed several concerns relating to the servicing of my 2006 Forester. The meeting had been very businesslike and professional. Candis patiently listened while I expressed concerns about my vehicle. If there’s any interest in our discussion, please contact her for details. Happily, most of my concerns were addressed. There is still one. At this time, I am still waiting for a partial refund check to be mailed to me. I will be following up next week if it hasn’t arrived.

I had an appointment for Wed. 9-4 @ 8am for fixing a scratch on my new car. Stephanie made the appt. for me saying I would have my car back by Saturday, Monday the latest. Also told I would have a car while mine was in shop. when I came in Raphael helped check in my car & asked if I needed a ride somewhere "no I'm to have a car from you"" let me check" Finally told Enterprise would pick me up Ask for "Due Bill" I gave that to Emely so i could get an appt. after having the car for 2 weeks with no one contacting me. Took 5 minutes to find the due bill. Raphael gave me a phone number to call & check status, problem was it wasn't his voice mail. I sent an email on Saturday & late in the afternoon I finally received a phone call from Raphael saying my car wouldn't be ready until Wed. 9-11 By now I'm ticked off with the service. I did get a call on Tuesday 9-10 that my car was ready. I picked up & the floor mat on drivers side was dirty & tell me why anyone would have to change the way I set to look of the dash. I had a wonderful experience buying my car from Leo & my 2 week check in with Emely to review features of my car. The service department has not impressed me in any way. VERY disappointed.

Last May when I brought my car for the recall they mess up something. Starting last June I got a red light- incline start assist. I stop in the middle of the road and step too much gas that I feel nervous to bump the car in front of me. What an anxiety. Have to call Bernice manager to complain for her to hire efficient technicians. Lastly I told Jaime Vega for car wash. I just notice my car not clean when I reach home since I got a friend for breakfast at Panera. Bernice just told me to bring my car back for car wash. Sorry hate to complain but I went Monday 330 pm and Steve told me to go back.
