Steven provides excellent care and follow up. His support team went the extra mile to order me a Lyft service from and to- which was greatly appreciated!! They made it easy to want to come back!!
This is the 6th time i have taken my car to this dealership and every time I get it back, there are more problems with it. Check engine light comes back within hours of receiving the car and the same codes are coming back as if nothing was changed. Extremely Dissatisfied.
The only disappointment was that with the recall in place, Sierra Subaru had no replacement head units in stock, and I have to drive the car (with our baby on board) with no screen for at least one week (over the holiday). But that was not in Jaime’s control.
