Jaime always courteous and efficient. He has been there all 3 years that I have been bringing my Outback in for service. He pretty accurate about the time needed for service. Which I really appreciate. He seem to be a very hard worker.
I am surprised that you no longer have a shuttle service & are now using Lyft. Is there a lyft available when the service is complete and I need to return to pick up my car? No one said anything about that. I really like my Subaru & hope future models will have a surround view.

Rafael went above and beyond what was expected. Didn't realize how close the vehicle was for the next oil change until he mentioned the device was coming. He made sure the service was completed. To make even better he also had the vehicle washed which I was thinking about asking but did not. Great service and communication!

Rafael Ibarra was courteous and professional.
I was told to bring in my car to find out at the end of the day that the part my car was in to get replaced wasn’t even ready. I was called the next day to pick up my car to then bring it back another time to get the part fixed that was broken by Subaru staff.
From check-in to checkout the process was very efficient.
Took 2 ½ hours for an oil change with an appointment. Was told it would take 1 - 1.5 hours.
Rafael provided excellent customer service.
