I was happy that my issue with my battery was an easy fix. Steven was professional as well as friendly. The Lyft service Sierra offers was a relief, I was picked up and in my home with 15 minutes of drop off. I was notified my repair was complete by a call from Steven and the Lyft driver arrived to take me back to my CrossTrek within 4 minutes of his call. Amazingly smooth experience. I don’t understand their logic in wanting to sell me 4 tires for them to be able to align the front!! Two good tires in front were enough for a car that has 18 months and 18900 miles on it. We took the car without having it aligned.

He was very helpful explaining what was done to the vehicle. He also took me in eventhough he said my appointment was not booked. He also explained what will need to be done on my next appointment. Last time I was there, the experience was unpleasant, but this time it was good. Thank you.

They were very helpful and nice! They squeezed me in for service, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Raphael was very accommodating. He made sure my vehicle got well taken care of. They found that my battery was leaking oil, so they replaced it. They were very quick and efficient with the service of my vehicle.
