Service to vehicle seems good but at your shop I did not feel that I was at all important to Subaru. The personal connection was cold and indifferent.

The cracking sound was not corrected and asked my wife to pay for more than 1000.00.
It is design fault or poor deaign.
Thus Subaru America must take responsible on TB is matter.

Had a message from my car that the tire was getting flat. Rafael was helpful, listened to me found nail in back left tire, recommended a patch and checked tire pressure in the other tires. Drove home confident that myself and my car was well care for.

Rafael was cordial and efficient at intake for my service appt. When I returned to pick up the finished vehicle, there was another customer ahead of me who was asking lots of questions and was rather indecisive. I wasn't thrilled to have to stand around during social distancing, waiting for him to make up his mind. Finally Rafael got another service advisor to finish checking me out. Meh. But what really impressed me was that Rafael called me at home within the hour to apologize for how I had to wait. I was touched and moved that he would do that -- it wasn't his fault that someone was ahead of me, but he must have sensed my impatience. Well done, Rafael, and thanks.

The service great. I won’t know for A few days if all is ok, but my service rep, Jaime, was very kind and professional. I appreciated his hard work.
Jaime was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
They did everything possible to service my car quickly even though they met a few obstacles in the process (such as several unexpected maintenance items which needed to be done. I also appreciated that when Jaime called me and I returned his call, he responded very quickly. Since I live 16 miles away, he even paid for.a Lyft driver to pick me up at home so that I could pick up my car the same day in spite of the fact that I told him that I was ok leaving my car overnight and my daughter could bring me to pick it up the following morning!
My only concern is that I was given the impression that I would receive a 10% discount on my bill (it was over $1100), but when adding it up, I did not see any discounts for AAA members, Seniors or otherwise and I belong to both of these groups. Possibly a misunderstanding, but I’m not sure. Otherwise, the service was great, quick, and efficient—and I appreciate that they practice social distancing and other important protocols during this very scary time.
